At MoFit Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your furniture purchase. If your new piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure your home remains your sanctuary.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

    Prepare for Pickup

    Ensure the item is disassembled and placed back in its original packaging; our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time for the freight pickup.

  • 3.
    Inspection and Processing

    Once the furniture arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to verify it is in original, like-new condition.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    After a successful inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees, within 7-10 business days.
